From its modest roots Bergers has continued to prosper and grown into one of the most recognized and beloved cookie companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. It still maintains the same recipes, with some minor adjustments to adapt to the processing of raw ingredients, as in the 1800s. It is committed to produce a quality product – one their loyal customers continue to enjoy and prospects discover.

 

Infused Spreads

Emem and Eli started by visiting their local weekend farmer’s market, searching for inspiration in the available fruit and herbs and methodically crafting the model and method of Infused Spreads. With just a few stainless steel pots, wooden paddles, a few jars, fruits and american flag bikini in joom.  Knowing how to cook was not enough, Emem and Eli became completely knowledgeable of the methods of the craft of preserving. Infused spreads are the delicious results.

Kinderhook Snacks is an artisan snack company that crafts innovative, delicious sweet and savory snacks. Based in the heart of Baltimore City, it offers intriguing flavor combinations with a sophisticated style.

Nutterz is dedicated to producing the finest coated peanuts on the market and getting them to their customers in a timely fashion at a fair price.

 

Taharka Brothers Ice Cream

Having launched as a benefit corporation in 2010, the Baltimore-based Taharka Brothers Ice Cream Co. is now a for-profit and for-community social enterprise managed and operated primarily by college-aged young adults. They use their award-winning ice creams, sorbets and business initiatives to champion the fight for a better, brighter and more “Taharkafied” world. Their offerings serve as a vessel for the continuous flow of cultural understanding, economic and social justice, civic involvement and, of course, good times!

 

Tanner’s Comestibles

Tanner’s Comestibles (a.k.a. Pickles) was founded in 2011 by owner Evan who simply wasn’t getting what he wanted out of a jar of pickles, a piece of toffee, a jar of salsa, etc. After much experimentation with home canning, he came up with what he thought were good. Friends and confidants quickly requested more of said recipes and, after much apprehension, Tanner’s Comestibles was born.

 

Zeke’s Coffee

Founded in 2005, Zeke’s Coffee is a family owned and operated Baltimore-based company. Fresh-roasting each pound with a small fluid bed roaster and using only the finest available beans, Zeke’s boasts high quality, locally roasted coffee.

The medium-bodied Market blend contains a rich and slightly dark-roasted Guatemalan bean along with a medium-bodied, slightly sweet, wine-flavored Ethiopian bean.

Mobtown Espresso is an Italian-style espresso. This three-bean blend is roasted to create a traditional dark, rich and smooth espresso with great crema.

 

Baltimore Dog Bakery

Established in 1997, Baltimore Dog Bakery is a local, majority women-owned business. Owner Key Wagner and her staff bake the yummiest dog snacks on the market – from scratch and with love – using an enormous five-rack Reed Oven that bakes hundreds of pounds of delectable snacks each week.  For your four-legged traveling companion. Woof!

Additional favorites of Baltimore restaurants, bars and other eateries are well recognized, locally-produced beers as well. Available on our Eden West menu is Loose Cannon IPA. One of Heavy Seas beers, it is brewed by Clipper City Brewing Company, in Baltimore. The brewery was established by in 1995. Guests will also delight in Resurrection beer, brewed locally by The Brewer’s Art.
