“I had a great east-looking view out our window to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, and beyond. The room itself was LARGE! It was decorated with Mission Style furnishings. A couch sleeper and a very comfortable arm chair and ottoman filled the rear part of the room without intruding on the space. Very nicely designed w/ vanity and sink adjacent to the tub and toilet room. Our King Bed provided a terrific night's sleep.
Because we travel to Baltimore frequently, this Holiday Inn has become our first choice accommodation for future visits.“

“My colleague and I stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and spacious and had a nice flat screen TV. The staff were attentive and helpful to my needs. In particular, I needed to print some important work documents and they directed me to a very useful service they offer - printme.com. Also, the location is great since it's close to some sites and restaurants nearby. Glad I stayed here.“

“Stayed for two nights and had a great time. Great location and really enjoyed the stay. Used the pool, and it was nice to relax in the pool. I am a priority club member so I was placed on the priority club floor. They had a free continental breakfast which was good. It's about 2 blocks to Camden Yards. Had a great time and would go back.“

“I stayed at this hotel back in September, and it was excellent. Large, Clean, Spacious rooms and accommodating staff. The coffee from the coffee shop was delicious. I did not hear any sirens all night and had a great view of Camden Yards. The wireless was a breeze and FREE! Check in and out was quick, easy and professional, the night staff from the manager to security guards had the true spirit of hospitality, overall great for the rate I paid, will be back“

“Wonderful staff! From the second we turned into the parking garage to the second we left, the staff was nothing but polite, helpful and friendly! My girlfriends and I go on short day trips often and this was one of the nicest hotels yet. While most of the hotels we choose are clean and well maintained (very beautiful rooms at this hotel as well!), the thing that sets them apart is service. We are all watchful of the service provided to us and value and appreciate it greatly. Nothing ruins a trip faster than dealing with unhelpful staff or rude staff 5 minutes after parking...so thank you for training and hiring the best people you could find!“

“I just wanted to let you know how fantastic your employees are at the Baltimore Inner Harbor Holiday Inn. I received pleasant & helpful service from everyone at the hotel but on Tuesday morning (6/28) the staff really went above and beyond. I was at the Convention Center at 8:30 am when I had a run-in with a coffee mocha and I did not come out the winner! My pants and jacket were covered in a chocolate/coffee mix. I rushed back to the hotel and the two ladies at the front desk staff were so helpful. They contacted the dry cleaners, who had already picked up for the day, and convinced them to come back to the hotel to pick up my clothes! They all really made my day. Thanks again for great customer service!“

“We would like to compliment the staff of this hotel for their service, competence, friendliness, quality of the hotel and restaurant. A special commendation to the bellman, James, the desk clerk whose name we did not get, but who was checked us in at about 5:00PM on the 24th, and to the waiter in the main restaurant. We are seniors and were traveling with a 12 year old granddaughter. It was the end of a week vacation and we arrived tired, and hungry with luggage. These gentlemen got us into our room quickly, gave us information on parking the car, eating in the restaurant, using the internet, pool hours and the general hotel services quickly and with such grace. The waiter in the dining room was so helpful, and was quick to point out items on the menu that met our granddaughter's likes and dislikes. He charmed us all and the service was wonderful. This hotel has gone on our favorites list, and we will certainly recommend it to anyone we know who is visiting the area.“

“Your entire staff, including guest services and the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure our family reunion celebration was outstanding. Ms. Daniels did a fantastic job of following through on every detail outlined in our contract, even when we had an adjustment at the last minute.

The waiters, Ed and Lamar, were very professional and respectful to our family members. They set up tables at the last minute, adjusted the temperature settings as needed, dimmed the lights upon request, and restocked the buffet often. All of the family members enjoyed the food.

The Italian Buffet was a big hit on Friday night and The Charm Buffet was a bigger hit on Saturday. Please give a "big thanks" to the chef. I heard many compliments on all the selections including the chowder, salads and deserts.“
